
Reasons for following other companies according to B2B professionals in France 2020
When asked why they followed other brands or company representatives on social media in 2020, the majority of French marketing managers (70.6 percent) mentioned that they were simply interested by the content provided. Furthermore, over 45 percent of B2B professionals stated that they followed mostly clients or prospective clients. Around 32 to 33 percent said that they had worked or are working in the business that they follow, and/or because they have contacts who work in a certain business in France in 2020.
