Methods of choosing electricity provider among consumers Singapore 2021
According to a survey on consumers' satisfaction with their electricity provider conducted in Singapore from June to November 2020, 73 percent of respondents stated that they used price comparison website(s) to choose their favorite provider. The same survey also found that only six percent of respondents directly talked to different providers to compare their offers.
