Leading ways to sign up with an electricity provider among consumers Singapore 2020
According to a survey on consumers' satisfaction with their electricity provider conducted in Singapore in 2020, about 69 percent of respondents stated that they signed the contract with their electricity provider on the retailer's website. Meanwhile, around three percent of respondents said that they signed the contract via telemarketing.
