Latin America: healthcare trust building factors 2018
AXON Marketing & Communications in 2018, around three out of ten users of healthcare services interviewed in Latin America considered positive news as an important factor to build trust within the sector. Direct communication channels were relevant elements for another 24 percent of respondents. The remaining 45 percent of Latin Americans surveyed regarded certifications, awards, distinctions or comments on social networks as important trust-building factors within the healthcare sector.
