Workforce in trade & foodservice businesses LatAm

In 2019, there were approximately 3.5 million workers in small and medium-size traditional trade and foodservice businesses in Brazil. Among those businesses, were included restaurants, bars, corner stores and bodegas. In Mexico, an estimate of 2.9 million people worked in businesses in the foodservice industry.
