In 2019, Trivago was the favorite digital platform to look for travel accommodation amongst Brazilians, chosen by 37 percent of internet users surveyed. The German company was followed by Brazilian online travel agency Decolar.com, the choice of 22 percent of respondents. That year, however, Trivago's global revenue decreased for the second year in a row.
