Parental support to youth living separately in Russia 2019

Approximately 22 percent of 18-to-35-year-old Russians living separately from parents stated in a survey from 2019 that their parents provided them with a significant material support. Over 34 percent of respondents in that age group did not receive financial assistance from their families.
