Satisfaction with transaction banking services in the U.S. 2020, by race
In 2020, about 65 percent of White Americans in the United States said that they were very satisfied with their transaction banking services, while Black Americans with the same level of satisfaction amounted to 55 percent. Only two percent of White Americans and five percent of Black Americans were very dissatisfied with their transaction banking services.
