According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Indonesia, approximately 43 percent of the Indonesian respondents stated that they more often ordered food from delivery apps during the COVID-19 pandemic. Only one percent of the respondents never used food delivery apps during this time. The same survey showed that Indonesians mainly ordered dinner on food delivery apps.
