Consumers unlikely to purchase C-store foodservice after lockdown ends U.S. in 2020

Around 25 percent of American consumers responded that they are unlikely to use self-serve condiments and coffee bars at convenience stores once stay-at-home measures are relaxed. Another 21 percent of respondents said they are unlikely to buy prepared foods from bakery cases or roller grillers when social distancing measures are relaxed.
