Smartphone was the most interesting product category to follow via live commerce in Brazil in 2023. Almost four out of ten of consumers surveyed said they would attend a live streaming or discount event to buy this device. Adult apparel claimed the second spot, garnering interest from a third of respondents, while home appliances followed closely at 30 percent. Among Brazilians, the price and payment terms of the promoted products stood out as primary factors that attracted attention to live commerce or discount TV programs.
