Modern contraception use in Ghana 2018, by region
As of 2018, modern contraceptions methods were more used by married r in-union women in the Upper East region of Ghana, roughly by 36 percent. In contrast, the use of modern contraceptives was at the lowest level among women in the Northern region of the country, at 14 percent. The area had also the highest total fertility rate (TFR) in Ghana, at 5.2.
