*Operating industrial parks are "industrial parks that possess all the mandatory attributes provided for by the Russian National Standard “Industrial Parks. Requirements” GOST R 56301–2014."

**Designed industrial parks are "Industrial parks that do not possess one or several mandatory attributes set out in the Russian National Standard “Industrial Parks. Requirements” GOST R 56301–2014, but such attributes are provided for in the design documentation approved by the state expert appraisal body."
