Shift in target audiences among U.S. marketers due to COVID-19 in 2020

A report from 2020, consulting 452 marketers from the Unites States, looked at the impact of the coronavirus on the targeting of audiences in marketing. The biggest shift was the one of targeting audiences whose needs changed due to the pandemic, at 43 percent. At the same time, 39 percent of marketers claimed that they had made no shift in targeting audiences.
