Problems of residential consumers with Royal Mail's services in the UK 2020-2021
In a survey conducted in 2021, 35 percent of residential consumers stated that misdelivered mail was one of the major problems for them with Royal Mail. The same survey revealed that 31 percent of people find delayed mail as a significant inconvenience.
