In its 2022 fiscal year, the French postal services provider Groupe La Poste generated roughly 56 percent of revenue through domestic operations. During that period, the postal service provider reported 35.4 billion euros in revenue. Le Groupe La Poste was founded in 1991 as a result of dividing French postal, telegram, and telecommunication (PTT) services of the government.
