Office property availability London (UK) 2020-2021, by area
In 2021, Central London's availability of office space was over 20 million square feet. During the observation period, all areas saw a rise in availability. London City had the highest change, from almost 4.7 million square feet, to 5.9 million square feet. There are many factors which affect office availability. Nevertheless, some of the increase of tenant release space can be attributed to the coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown and the disruption of business activities.
