In 2019, the domestic shipment value of analog quartz watches by Japanese watchmakers amounted to roughly 88.6 billion Japanese yen. Moreover, mechanical and digital quartz watch shipments stood at around 21.7 and 11.3 billion Japanese yen respectively inside Japan.
