Australia: estimated mean daily vitamin intake per capita by type 2021

In the 2021 financial year, it was estimated that Australians had on average 99 milligrams or 99000 micrograms of vitamin C available to consume per day, which was the highest quantity compared to other vitamin types. The Australian and New Zealand dietary guidelines recommendation suggested that 45 milligrams per day was adequate for an adult.
