US PADD 5 petroleum outflow 2019

Crude oil and petroleum outflow from PADD 5 (West Coast) decreased over the years, after having peaking at roughly 250.2 million barrels in 1985. By 2019, figures had dropped to some 1.76 million barrels. Since 2000, there has been no outflow of petroleum from pipelines in PADD 5.
