UK: frequency of checking the traffic lights system on food 2020, by age group

A survey conducted in 2020 revealed that 17 percent of the respondents aged between 25 and 34 years old in the United Kingdom (UK) always checked the traffic lights system when buying food, compared to 11 percent of the 65 year-olds or older respondents. A share of 31 percent of the respondents within the 55 to 64 years old category stated they never looked at the traffic lights system of the food they were buying.
