Average budget for weddings 2020, by gender
According to the results of a survey conducted by Nikah Forever, a majority of respondents had an average budget of up to 100,000 Indian rupees for their wedding. In contrast, about three percent of men were willing to spend more than 500,000 rupees compared to 0.04 percent of women during the survey period.
