Views of stakeholders on when will auctioning cover 10% of the total cap in ETS 2019
As of the beginning of November 2019, about 40 percent of the experts from industries covered by the ETS in China expected that there would be auctioning covering at least ten percent of the total cap between 2021 to 2025. Around 36 percent of them expected that there would be auctioning covering at least ten percent of the total cap between 2026 to 2030.
