Most popular social networks among jewelry stores in Italy 2019

As of 2019, Facebook was by far the most used social network among jewelry stores, with virtually all stores interviewed having an account on the popular social network. This is what emerged from a survey on online presence of jewelry stores, conducted on a sample of stores that already had a social media account. Instagram resulted to be quite popular as well, with over 30 percent of the respondents using it.

Italian jewelry stores' main rationale for having a social network account was to gain additional exposure.
