- the number of annual registered trademarks per employee in the sector is higher than the average ratio corresponding to the whole economy, - the number of annual registered trademarks per unit of sales in the sector is higher than the average ratio corresponding to the whole economy.
The source calculates the wage premium as "average wage in trademark-intensive sectors / average wage in non-trademark-intensive sectors."
