Quarterly new supply of grade A office real estate in Beijing, China Q1 2018-Q3 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the newly added supply of grade A office real estate in Beijing amounted to almost 100 thousand square meters. Real estate developers had added new grade A office space to the market consistently. At the same time, the vacancy rate increased and rent decreased. Nonetheless, rent for office space in Beijing remained the highest among major cities in mainland China.
