Gap between demand and supply of workers with higher education 2020-2030
In 2019, a Statista study on labor shortages showed the average gap between the demand and supply of workers with higher education between 2020 and 2030. In Mexico there is expected to 7.2 million more graduates than graduate jobs between 2020 and 2030, compared with Japan that will have over 4 million graduate jobs unfilled by the supply of Japanese graduates.
