Number of robbery suspects in Sweden 2011-2022, by gender

In 2020, Sweden recorded the highest number of suspects for robberies over the past 10 years. That year, nearly 3,500 people were suspected for having committed robberies in the country. Usually, however, there were between 2,400 and 3,000 reported robbery suspects annually. A vast majority of the suspects are men.
