Dominican Republic: consumer experience buying online vs. at a physical store 2020
During a survey conducted in the Dominican Republic in May 2020, 87 percent of respondents stated that their online purchase experience had been either the same or better than their experience buying at a brick and mortar store. However, for 13 percent of the participants, shopping on the internet had been worse than going to a physical store.
