Types of technology investments of SMBs Philippines 2020

According to a survey conducted in the Philippines, 18 percent of technology investments by small and medium-sized business enterprises in the Philippines were allocated for AI/Analytics as of 2020. In addition, 15 percent were invested for CX solutions and to upgrade IT software, respectively. The Philippines ranked 12th in terms of digital maturity of the small and medium businesses in the Asia Pacific region.
