Tech employees worldwide who think bias affects hiring in their companies 2020
An August 2020 survey of professionals in the tech industry revealed that 45 percent of POC tech employees thought that unconscious bias plays a major role in the interviewing and hiring process at their company. In comparison, only 27 percent of white tech employees thought the same thing.
