Italian restaurant industry business count in the U.S. 2011-2021
The number of businesses in the Italian restaurant sector in the United States increased in each year since 2012. From just over 42 thousand establishments in that year, the number of businesses in this sector reached 51.94 thousand in 2019. However, businesses in the Italian restaurant sector in the U.S. was forecast to decline in 2020 as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
