Availability of charging stations or wallboxes for electric cars in Germany in 2019
According to a survey conducted in Germany in 2019, 60 percent of respondents did not know if their electricity provider also offered public charging stations, while 77 percent did not know if there was an option to have a wallbox (a private charging station) installed in their own garage. Almost 28 percent of respondents knew of public charging stations managed by their electricity provider.
