Environmental bonus for electric car purchases in Germany in 2021

The environmental bonus for battery-powered vehicles with a net list price of up to 40,000 euros was 9,000 euros per vehicle in 2021. The bonus is proportionately covered by the government and the vehicle manufacturer. Electric vehicles which are purchased or leased are eligible for aid, as well as secondhand electric vehicles.
