In the first quarter of 2019, responses to a survey on health tourism in Thailand showed that the concern of unidentified charges of medical services received a score of 3.27 out of five. This indicated that respondents were more likely to agree that they were concerned about the unknown costs and fees of medical services in the country

3 refers to "no opinion"

Responses based on the above scale were converted into numerical score as follows:
1.00 - 1.80 refers to "completely disagree"
1.81 - 2.60 refers to "disagree"
2.61 - 3.40 refers to "no opinion"
3.41 - 4.20 refers to "agree"
4.21 - 5.00 refers to "completely agree"
