Thailand: concerns about wellness service 2019

In the first quarter of 2019, responses to a survey on health tourism in Thailand showed that the concern of cleanliness of the equipment and facilities of wellness services received a score of 3.62 out of five. This indicated the significant concerns of foreign customers to use wellness services in the country.

1.00 - 1.80 refers to "completely disagree"
1.81 - 2.60 refers to "disagree"
2.61 - 3.40 refers to "no opinion"
3.41 - 4.20 refers to "agree"
4.21 - 5.00 refers to "completely agree"
