Share of self-reported victims of crimes in Denmark 2022, by type of crime
In 2022, the most common type of crime experienced by people in Denmark was thefts. That year, five percent of the respondents in a survey conducted by the Danish Ministry of Justice reported that they had been victims of a robbery. The second most self-reported crimes were internet crimes and vandalism, both reaching 3.6 percent, followed by rape.
