Among the seven aspects considered in the survey, the respondents rated Amazon's assistance after purchase as the most satisfying one. Furthermore, the respondents rated the speed of shipping and delivery as the second most satisfying aspect, with an average grade of 8.46 on a scale from zero to ten.
On the other hand, the respondents gave an average grade of 7.17 to the percentage of discount of the products over their original prices. The same degree of satisfaction was assigned to the duration of the discounts.
