Grievance redressal of Ayushman Bharat India 2019
According to a survey between September and November 2019, about 47 percent of hospitals in India gave the Ayushman Bharat scheme a score of 3 for grievance resolutions. About 13 percent gave it a score of one, which was ideal. On the other hand, 20 percent chose the other end of the scale with a score of five, which was assigned to inefficiency.
