Strategies to adjust to a shifting skills demand in Russia 2020
The majority of companies in Russia expected their employees to learn new skills demanded for work on the job, according to a survey from 2020. While 77 percent of employers were ready to retrain their existing employees, 43 percent planned to reduce the staff lacking skills to use technological innovations.
