Number of members of the House of Representatives Japan 2022, by party and gender
As of November 2022, the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) in Japan had 20 female diet members of the House of Representatives, making up around 15 percent of LDP diet members. In the examined period, female members accounted for roughly 11 percent of all the incumbent members of the house. The House of Representatives is the lower house of the Japanese parliament.
