COVID-19: tech industry's response to present-day business challenges 2020
44 percent of respondents find that the most popular way their tech companies are addressing business challenges from the onset of COVID-19 is through cutting costs. Interestingly enough, a little over a third of respondents answered that their companies were growing customer trust as a response to stemming business challenges from the pandemic. This is especially important as businesses have moved to a more digital climate in the midst of the pandemic, where face to face interactions are no longer commonplace.
