Ghana: share of tertiary enrollments in private institutions

In 2020, 13.2 percent of tertiary enrolments in Ghana were in privates institutions. Between the period of 2007 and 2020, the strongest involvement of the non-governmental sector in organizing tertiary educational programs in Ghana was achieved in 2012 (20.3 percent of all higher education enrollments). Overall, most students at the higher education level, as of 2020, were registered in public institutions.
