Banking users distribution in Russia 2020, by frequency of changing their banks
By far the largest share of respondents in Russia in 2020 stated that the last time they changed their financial service provider, was more than five years ago. Nearly 10 percent of the polled audience reported changing their bank preferences around two years ago.
