Export value of leading food products from Tunisia 2020-2022
In 2022, olive oil was the leading food product exported from Tunisia. Its export value exceeded 2.5 billion Tunisian dinars (around 800 million U.S. dollars), after increasing from 1.7 billion Tunisian dinars (543 million U.S. dollars) in the previous year. Dates represented Tunisia’s second major food product exported, with a value of 760 million Tunisian dinars (243 million U.S. dollars) in 2022.
