Social media screening of employees in Russia 2020
When recruitment personnel in Russian companies was asked whether there were dismissals at their workplace due to employees' social media activity, 10 percent of respondents gave a positive answer. One half of HR managers and other hiring staff stated that their businesses did not track their employees' engagement on the internet.
