Organic agricultural land area in Tunisia 2019, by crop type
In 2019, the organic agricultural area used for olive trees in Tunisia exceeded 250 thousand hectares. Organic forests covered an area of approximately 48 thousand hectares, while fruit trees and cactus grew on a surface of organic land of around 14 thousand and four thousand hectares, respectively.
