Marketing and planning processes were among most often implemented changes in Russian businesses adapting to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. For retail companies, restructuring had to be done primarily in the online sales strategy, in order to facilitate business stability. Industrial production companies did not have to implement as many changes to their processes as other industries under consideration.
