Frequency of taking dietary supplements in Vietnam 2020
According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on dietary supplements in Vietnam conducted in July 2020, 46 percent of respondents who took dietary supplements stated that they took them daily. About two percent, on the other hand, took them when they remembered to. Dietary supplements included herbal or botanical substances, minerals, or vitamins, taken to supplement the diet to improve health.
