COVID-19 impact on hiring in India 2020, by emerging city
With a 25 percent growth rate in hiring between July 2020 and August 2020, Pune recorded the highest recruitment among the emerging cities in India. Other cities with high hiring growth rates included Ahmedabad and Chandigarh. In contrast, Jaipur and Coimbatore showed a decline in sequential hiring during the measured time.
